About Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome
Elhers-Danlos Syndrome, or more accurately, the Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes, (EDS) are a group of genetic collagen that lead to joint hypermobility, skin hyperextensiblity, and tissue fragility. They are also associated with other multisytemic effects such dysautonomia, postural orthostatic hypotension (POTS). gastropareisis, and mast cell activation disorder (MCAD). For many people, EDS causes severe pain and fatigue.
